Today Danni and Jayden are joined by their newly-appointed Operational Consultant, Hannah Chambers, owner of Bored of Busy, where they discuss their personal need for a strong operational infrastructure for the business to avoid another early sale, like business one, which resulted in a loss of hundreds of thousands, if not millions of pounds (expert advice approved statement!!)

The team today discuss the importance of this infrastructure - from being able to go on holiday for a week, to reducing owners risk when selling your business and not having your multiple suppressed! 

Jayden recently met with his buyer of business one, who reported that he'd give Jayden an A* for marketing and SEO, but a complete FAIL for operations of business one!! This was reflected in Jayden's ability to mentally cope with the success of business one and was ultimately responsible for the failings.
